Noda Tuesday class location change

 

Until the end of October the Tuesday evening Noda classes (usually held at the junior-high) will be held here as in the pic, at the Nagareyama hokubu dojo or Kasukabe Showa sports center. Check the HP schedule for details.

Last night`s theme was sliding forward movements. We warmed up with hiriki no yosei 1, then worked on shoulder grasp techniques - kata mochi ikkajo osae 1 (tachi, suwari), kata mochi nikajo osae 1, kata mochi nikajo ～kokyunage

回転動作をテーマにして、まずは回転動作連続、体の変更(二)、終末動作(二) を行いました。

基本技は、片手持ち四方投げ(二)、片手持ち二ヶ条抑え(二) POINT→　①足の使い方　②腰の使い方　③手と足の線

★一般部

後ろ技両肩持ち一ヶ条抑え(一) POINT→　①肩の使い方　②前進動作　③締め方

後ろ技両肩持ち側面入り身投げ(二) POINT→　①くぐる際の崩し　②入り方

後ろ両肩持ち呼吸投げ　POINT→　誘導すること
