Tuesday Noda

Finally cooling down here in Japan. Now just a couple of months of decent fall weather before back to freezing our toes off during the winter.

Today in Noda we first worked on a basic, but difficult technique - shomen uchi sankajo osae 2. Today`s point was focusing on maintaining the connection and lock throughout the technique.  We also worked on suwari waza kata mochi sankajo osae 2, then test training. Test will be held on Oct.14th.
