Training hard at the Tuesday evening Noda class. Today we warmed up with some shomen uchi jiyuwaza focusing on shomen iriminage. Then following hirikino yosei 1&2 we went in to basic techniques. ①shomen uchi shomen iriminage 1 POINT→ how to use the hips when entering, ②shomen uchi nikajo osae 1 POINT→ taking our partners` balance on initial movement, ③suwari waza kokyuho 4 POINT→ keeping centered and balanced We finished the class with shumatsu dosa 1&2 in pairs.
